. Introduction By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Custom Orders & Artistic Variation

  • Each item is handmade and custom-ordered. You acknowledge that slight variations in color, placement, and materials may occur.

  • For "Stuffed Balloons" or "Custom Kits," the final product may vary slightly from the photos on the website due to the unique nature of the contents.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are in CAD. Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice.

4. Pickup and Delivery (YVR Area)

  • Pickup: If you choose pickup, you are responsible for the item once it leaves our premises. Balloons are fragile; we are not responsible for pops or damage during your transit.

  • Delivery: We deliver within the specified YVR regions (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, etc.). Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for stolen items left at doorsteps.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds on Custom Items: Because our products are personalized, we do not offer refunds once production has started.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least [Insert Number, e.g., 48] hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery to receive a partial credit.

6. Liability

  • YVR Custom Stuffed & Balloons is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the misuse of our products (e.g., choking hazards from small parts or balloon fragments). Please supervise children at all times.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
